Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 72 hours following their validation, from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 6 PM (London time) will be processed the next day.
Delivery Time
The delivery time is generally between 5 and 7 working days from the dispatch of your order. During holiday periods or exceptional circumstances (strikes, high demand), the delivery time may be extended. If your package has not arrived within 2 weeks, contact us for a reshipment or a full refund.
Order Tracking
Each order is accompanied by a unique tracking number, sent by email as soon as it is dispatched. You can track your package in real-time on our "Track your order" page by entering your tracking number or the email used during your order.
Delivery Services
We work with internationally recognized carriers, as well as local services adapted to each region. Shipments are made from Monday to Saturday.
Order Modification
In case of an error in your order (delivery address, recipient, etc.), you have the possibility to modify it on the same day of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@cozimeo.com. After this period, no modification will be possible.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order on the same day of purchase by contacting us at the address contact@cozimeo.com, indicating "Order Cancellation" in the subject of your email. After this period, no cancellation will be possible.
Damaged Product
If a product arrives damaged, we commit to replacing it at our expense. Send a photo of the damaged product to contact@cozimeo.com. Once validated, a new product will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
